Booking and Reservations

- Booking Process: Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your booking.
- Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation via email. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.
- Payment: Full payment may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the terms of your reservation. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the booking confirmation.
- Cancellations and Changes: Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the rate plan and dates of your booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, contact us as soon as possible.
- No Show Policy: If you do not show up on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation may be charged.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: Check-in is available from 9:00 am (GMT 3.30).
- Check-Out Time: Check-out must be completed by 12:00 pm (GMT 8.30).
Guest Responsibilities
- Compliance with Policies: Guests must comply with all hotel policies and rules, including those related to noise, smoking, and the use of facilities.
- Damage and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for any necessary repairs or replacements.
